thrive grove | Thousand oaks
Thrive Grove is Ventura County’s first interim supportive housing community, providing 50 private, dignified rooms for individuals experiencing homelessness. Built in collaboration with DignityMoves and local partners, the site includes case management offices, communal gathering areas, and wraparound services to help residents stabilize and move toward permanent housing. LIT Homes’ modular solutions made it possible to deliver a high-quality, secure, and welcoming environment in record time.
