Bay Area Narrow-Lot Infill

This narrow-lot infill site required careful planning to optimize circulation, privacy, and light within a very limited footprint. The flexible B-Series layout allowed the team to fit seven affordable units while maintaining a sensitive urban presence and preserving the residential scale of the neighborhood.
