Via del Oro is a high-density interim supportive housing community designed around centralized amenity buildings and complex site circulation. The project required extensive coordination and construction sequencing to efficiently place nearly 100 A-Series modules—whose fire-rated design allowed them to be set directly adjacent—maximizing capacity while maintaining a cohesive, service-oriented campus layout.
