Drew Armetta

Director of Product Development and Design

With over a decade of experience in the architecture industry, Drew Armetta is a registered Architect specializing in sustainable design and community development. He earned his Master in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he focused on housing strategies, neighborhood planning, and was a TA for design-build courses. Prior to joining LIT Homes, Drew spent seven years at Gensler, contributing to a diverse range of projects, including high-end hotels and supportive and affordable housing, as well as sustainability certifications. Drawing on his extensive background in building and site design, Drew brings a holistic approach to both modular design and the creation of vibrant, sustainable communities at LIT Homes.
