Marge joined LIT Homes as their President following a decades long career as an entrepreneurial real estate developer dedicated to building vibrant and sustainable communities in California. At the helm of LIT Homes since April 2023 Marge’s focus has been on developing high performance teams that are capable of innovating within the modular design and manufacturing sector.

Marge and her team are focused on designing and developing supportive housing solutions that cater to the needs of the unhoused, disaster relief and refugees. An initiative that reflects our commitment to social responsibility and environmental stewardship. Marge’s goal is to ensure a scalable and dignified solution to housing the unhoused and those in need in California, the United States and countries around the world.

Marge is the founder of Urban Developments and a member of the Urban Land Institute and ULI Sustainable Development Council. She has led the vision and development of many award-winning LEED mixed-use, infill projects in the Bay Area and Santa Barbara County.
